Farm Life

It's the farm life for me, wither I want it to be or not. Ever since I stepped foot on Pearson's Town Farm, I never wanted to leave. I knew I could not go my life without working in the dirt, without raising animals and loving them. Farming is beautiful, calming and amazing. It involves a lot of work, but I am willing to give it all I have.

Pigs- I actually got myself a "How to Raise Pigs" Book. I know I feel really lame, but there is some really interesting stuff in it. It should be an interesting process. There is a lot of stuff that I did not know about. It will definitely be tougher than I thought. However, I really truly want this, so I know that in the end it will happen.

Goat- Ever since Pearson's Town Farm got goats, I knew I needed one on my own farm. I do not just want a goat so I never have to mow my lawn again.... They are just so cute and have a lot of character. I also heard that they do better in pairs, so now of course I will need to have 2.

Chickens- There is nothing better than fresh farm eggs, so that is a must. I will have free range chickens so that they will be happy. There is also nothing better then watching little chicken eggs hatch, the birth season at farm's is by far my favorite.

Well, here is to getting through college and finding something to help me make money, so I can afford this dream farm of mine =)
